The Lazy Oyster is Miami's premier oyster delivery and raw bar catering service. From Wednesday to Sunday, you can have the freshest oysters delivered straight to your doorstep. Our menu is updated weekly on our Instagram and website, offering a rotating selection of the finest oysters. You can mix and match all varieties, with a minimum order of 2 dozen. Choose between delivery or warehouse pickup — orders can be placed online or via Instagram DM.
We recommend pre-ordering to ensure availability and guarantee your preferred time. We do our best to accommodate same-day requests — contact us via Instagram DM or phone and we'll let you know if we can make it happen.
We source our oysters from trusted, sustainable farms and shuck them just before delivery or pickup. Shucked oysters are served on iced trays to maintain temperature and preserve flavor. We never compromise on freshness — if it doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't make the cut.
Shucked oysters arrive on an iced aluminum tray with house-made sauces, lemon wedges, and the top shells to preserve the liquor. Unshucked oysters come packed fresh in a bag or cooler, ready for you to enjoy on your own schedule.
Shucked oysters are best enjoyed immediately. Unshucked oysters, stored cup-side down in the refrigerator covered with a damp cloth, can last 5–7 days. Never store oysters in water or a sealed container — they need to breathe.
Oysters are available year-round from quality farms, but their flavor profiles do change with the seasons. Winter oysters tend to be plumper and brinier, while summer oysters are creamier. We rotate our selections seasonally to always offer the best available.
Absolutely! We offer unshucked oysters at a discounted price, perfect for those who enjoy the shucking experience themselves. Minimum order is 2 dozen, and you can mix and match varieties.

You can order up to 2 weeks in advance. We recommend ordering at least 48 hours ahead, especially for weekend delivery slots which fill up quickly.
